Even royals appear to need a little retail therapy now and again – after the Duchess of Cornwall and Princess Eugenie were spotted enjoying London’s shopping scene.

Camilla, 74, looked elegant in a blue button-up coat as she left the British capital’s luxury foodie haven Fortnum & Mason in Piccadilly, today.

Elsewhere, Eugenie, 31, stepped out with her husband Jack Brooksbank, 35, in Knightsbridge on Monday.

This morning Camilla joined Prince Charles to kick off their St Patrick’s Day celebrations early in West London.

The royal couple learned to play the bodhrán and met with Irish artists at the Irish Cultural Centre in Hammersmith this morning.

Later, Camilla was spotted leaving Fortnum & Mason as she made her way to her vehicle.

She teamed her sophisticated blue number with a dainty silver necklace, while sporting a smattering of glamorous makeup.

Adding a further touch of glitz to her ensemble, the duchess opted for eye-catching gold drop earrings.

Her shopping was reportedly carried to her car in a Fortnum’s Platinum Jubilee Bag for Life, which costs £9.95.

Camilla isn’t the only royal who has enjoyed a shopping trip this week after Eugenie and her husband Jack visited Knightsbridge on Monday.

The couple were seen waiting for a taxi while carrying their shopping; Eugenie held a bouquet of sunflowers, while Jack looked after a shopping bag and two cardboard boxes.

Eugenie opted for a low-key look, teaming her statement coat with white trainers and sunglasses.

Her husband Jack looked equally casual in a pair of jeans, navy jacket and light blue shirt during their outing.

Today, during her visit to the Irish Cultural Centre, Camilla looked stylish in a silky green number from Samantha Cameron’s label Cefinn.

The Prince of Wales got to pour his own pint of Guinness and enjoyed several sips, before being treated to a performance by Irish dancers.

The visit comes as Ireland prepares to celebrate St Patrick’s Day on Thursday and less than two weeks before Charles and Camilla are due to travel to the Emerald Isle for a three-day state visit at the end of the month.
